Best OBS Settings for M1 M2 M3 Mac for Youtube Streaming Video Quality (Featuring OBS 28)

Here are the best balanced settings I found for my MacBook Pro 14" with M1 Pro if you&tired of blocky, blurry streams or your cpu being maxed out. Requirements for best results for me were OS X 13 (Ventura - Public beta at the time this is being posted) and the OBS 28 builds that now feature native Apple Silicon support (M1, M2, M3 etc). We&be using the integrated Apple VT H264 encoder and tweaking it to get the best balance of quality and performance.
