Makita 3620 Router Switch Repair & Replacement

Switch on the Makita router failed and had a repair, did really well for a machine pushing 20 years old! When you order a replacement for the 3620 youll be sent an almost identical switch apart from it has only two connectors instead of 4. Its simple enough but a bit annoying if youre not expecting it. Use a small nut and bolt to clamp or you could even twist and solder the wires together. I forgot to use some electrical tape to cover the join, ill have to take it apart and do it as soon as possible. I found information here that helped me although i didnt buy the part from this place. I got the part from ebay for £7 or so. No instructions with the part for replacement. Part 2 for the full Southern Comfort drink cabinet here.
