Suzuki Alto WORKS - R06A Turbo - How to remove DTC/Error code P0340 - Camshaft position sensor

My friend drove his Suzuki alto (works edition) model year 2016 in deep rain water due to which the check engine light turned on sometimes the engine would start on limp mode and sometimes it wouldn’t. After scanning it showed the errors while sending clear command to ECU the error of camshaft sensor circuit was re-occurring (P0340). For that I opened the engine hood removed the intake fittings from throttle body then removed the plug of camshaft sensor cleaned it with contact cleaner and also cleaned the sensor pinouts. After that I re-packed the engine fittings and turned on the engine it started smoothly but check engine light was still on so I removed it from obd2 scanner.
