EVGA GTX 1080 TI FTW3 TEARDOWN

In this video we teardown EVGA GTX 1080 TI FTW3 graphics card to cleaning it and chaning thermal paste. Why we need to clean our gpu? After time of use, graphics cards can collect dust easly because of fans and air circulation for cooling. Why i use liquid metal? Liquid metal is the best compound that can transfer heat quicly from GPU core to heatsink. Appling liquid metal will be tricky. Do not use Liquid Metal on aluminium base heatsinks. İ applied Liquid Metal on EVGA FTW3 heatsink because it has nickel plate and evga make good desing thermal solution for cooling with icx technology.
