Paul wrote this song about his sheepdog Martha in 1968. Recorded at Trident Studios on October 4th and 5th, the pictures I included in the beginning show these sessions. George using his 1957 Lucy Les Paul, with Paul on the studio&C. Bechstein Concert Piano. This is the exact piano that was used on other hits like Hey Jude, Killer Queen, and Life on Mars?
