Prototype 2 Mouse Fix Limit Framerate

This video demonstrates the bugged mouse controls and how you fix them in Prototype 2. Useful tools: dxtory or bandicam Nvidia users can also use the driver settings to limit/cap the framerate. Set the framerate to 60fps or lower (lower to have a more stable framerate) to fix the mouse speedbug.
