Silent Hunter 4 won't start (launch) in Windows 10. Solved !!!

I have the game from Steam but I think is for CD version or any other sources. I had problem start the game in Windows 10 ( is for windows 8 or 7 too ). When I did hit on game just nothing happened no game, no any errors or messages, when I did hit again I had message the game running already but wasn&running. I did find this simple solution just change the video setting like is in my video. After the game start you can change the setting in the game setting back to your resolution or different.
