Playing with a Switch-Mode-Power-Supply chip (TNY276)

Made a quick circuit with a simple chip. Pre-empt some questions: - I did not add the snubber because it¬ really needed for this test. - I know I used 120Vdc not 340Vdc - I could have used 0.1uf instead of 10uf, but I was not expecting it to fry the chip.
