Volvo S40 2.4L Intake Manifold Removal & Spark Plugs Replacement

This video shows how I replaced the 5 spark plugs on my Volvo S40 2.4L. First I disconnected the hoses and the electrical receptacle connectors from the intake manifold. Then the intake manifold was removed and cleaned. Later after cleaning the valve cover and the spark plug wells, the ignition coils and the spark plugs were removed. New spark plugs were reinstalled. At the end all the components were refitted and connected.
