[Possible] Terraria unable to create the graphics device fix (Read Description)

This vid is so outated now but I can still see some people say that it works and some don&So this might be a possible fix for most people, but for the others that have tried and didn&work, just search for other vids and websites like the forums. They could help you more than this vid :)
