GTA Sa: Frame Limiter (VSync) Fix - 60 FPS (or any FPS you like)

You don&want to play GTA San Andreas (GTA Sa) with 25 FPS, then this is the mod for you. This mod let you set the frame limiter for your GTA Sa. You can set it to 47 FPS, 60 FPS,... This is a Cleo mod, so you need to setup Cleo for your GTA Sa first. To install the mod, simply put the file XXXFrameLimiter.cs & XXXFrameLimiter.ini into the CLEO folder of your GTA Sa After install, just run GTA Sa and enjoy.
