Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB is basically Windows 10 Aniversary Update (1607) that was release in 2016. However the normal Windows 10 1607 was EOL since April 2018 and was no longer receive any update. Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB however will get an important security update till 2026.
