Minecraft - Realistic Deaths Mod Showcase [1.7.10]

Going back into the King version of modding, we have the Realistic Deaths mod. Instead of dying permanently, the mod adds in new and additional drops for most mobs, including various organs and body parts which can be used to create new items.
