I GOT THE SYSTEM ERROR 0xc0000043 (APPLICATION ERROR) WHEN I'M RUNNING SOME PROGRAMES ON MY PC!!!!

NOTE: I FIXED THIS ERROR!!! This is the worst application error EVER!!!! There are NO HOW TO FIX THIS on YouTube !!!!!!!! My PC is in Hebrew because i&a Israeli (DO NOT MOKE ME AND CURSE ME!!!) HELP!!!!!!! I get this error when i&running Microsoft Office, Sonic Adventure 2, VMware Workstation, VMware Player, PhotoShop, Sonic Generations and more... AND ASLO MICROSOFT HAVE A SUPPORT ON WINDOWS 7 AND THEY DON&HAVE HOW-TO FIX THIS SYSTEM ERROR!!!!!!!!!!!
