Bayliner Trophy 17 Yamaha 115 HP Safe Mode

2018 Yamaha 115LB replicating the same issue in a pattern. Regular holeshot (but have felt better uptake in the past), runs up to 4900RPM roughly 30knots on 17 Bayliner Trophy 1800lbs then after 60seconds of holding that speed and rpm range, drastically and automatically drops to 1400-1800 until I return to neutral, wait a set duration 2-5 minutes then I can replicate the same pattern. Pattern is replicable on both main fuel tank 37 gal with F/W separator and auxiliary tank. Thoughts? Any would be greatly appreciated, I am wondering if this is a SAFE mode pattern? My thoughts are fuel pump issue, or a EMM. Scheduled to have the diagnostics done at Yamaha dealer.
