7/24/2012 UPDATE: I got my Camera back in approximately 5 days, and that is probably because I live so close to Irvine where their factory service center is. But according to Canon and I"e: "SERVICE DETAILS: Your product has been examined and it was found that the circuit board did not operate properly the memory card could not be recognised. [sic] The main pcb assembly and sd assembly were replaced. Product functions confirmed. Check/Adjust Shutter, AE, AF, and focus. Image Sensor cleaning was carried out". PART DESCRIPTION: PCB ASS&MAIN PART# CG2-2813-000 PART DESCRIPTION: PCB ASS&SD PART# CG2-2819-000 IN WARRANTY LABOR CHARGE. Conclusion: I&VERY happy with the quick repair and the VERY quick turn around. This experience with Canon has made me like them that much more. (PREVIOUS/INITIAL POSTING) I&only had my Canon about 3 months and I just got this error yesterday while I was in the middle of the shoot. I tried looking online to find a way to fix it and there was no information and only a few threads in couple of forums regarding this error. I thought it would be helpful to make a video if anyone else had this error so it could create a discussion and hopefully a solution if the problem ever arises again for anybody else. I&sending my camera to Canon to hopefully have it fixed, I will let you know what happened.
