Greek Souvlaki is one of the most popular and famous Greek Street Foods in the World, which we would like to introduce to you today in this “Street Food in Berlin” Episode. The Greek souvlaki consists of Pork marinated in Salt, Pepper and Lemon Juice or Vinegar, which, after marinating, is threaded onto Wooden Skewers and grilled. Souvláki is a typical Greek Snack and Fast Food Dish and is usually eaten directly on a Wooden Skewer in Greece, with a little Lemon Juice, Salt, Oregano, some Pita Bread and Tzatziki.
