Волшебные истории об животных
When a female parasitic wasp (Picardiella tarsalis, family Icheumonidae) was ovipositing into the mud nest of spider-hunting wasp (probably Auplopus carbonarius, family Pompilidae), the host wasp returned home just in time. After that, the devoted mother wasp (Auplopus carbonarius) stayed at her nest to guard it against the natural enemy. But the parasitic wasp was so persistent that she lingered around the dead area of boundary sign. The spider wasp was too busy in defence on that day to leave the nest for the nesting material or hunting a prey. Early-October 2015 in Japan. 日本語による詳細はブログをご覧下さい。 寄生蜂コクロオナガトガリヒメバチ♀の産卵および寄主ヒメクモバチとの攻防
