The flaw is that, Brother used a sticky sponge like material to push a lever to actuate a switch that feeds paper into the printer. Over time, this gets very sticky. My solution was to put something between the solenoid assembly and the lever. Putting in a small piece of paper or a small piece of plastic would do. You don&even need to add adhesive. The sponge like material is so sticky, it will stick automatically. First I thought this problem was caused by the paper feed roller assembly, but I had the same problem after I installed a new paper feed roller assembly. I opened up the printer again, and moved the solenoid assembly up and down. There was a delay time for it to go back down. I figured this was the problem. After I implemented my solution, the printer works without any jams. ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ Procedure 1. Take the paper tray out. 2. Take the cartridge out. 3. Remove the right side panel from the back position. If you are in...
