Creality Ender-3 S1 Plus Error

Since a few people have looked at this, here&an update. This is how the printer worked out of the box. I made this video to illustrate the problem for Creality support. I eventually got it to work by doing two things: swapping around the wires on the motor connector; and attaching the printer via USB cable to Octoprint and controlling it from there. Not sure which of these things actually did the trick. I&happy with the prints after buying some quality filament (the included sample was not great). --- Demonstrates an error moving the X axis.
