It might be interesting for lovers of nature as well as for friends of technical innovation, because on the one hand it is situated on a small hill surrounded by a extended green area and has a greened roof and on the other hand it has a special elevator system that begins at the bottom of the hill and ends in the house. Furthermore the villa has a pool and sitting areas outdoors and a nice interior indoors. While cooking in the kitchen f.e. you have a great view on the surrounding landscape through the large scaled windows. . . This small residential house was actually an experiment with colours, materials and the roof design. In our opinion it came out quite nice, although it doesn't absolutely accomplish the ideal of beauty of a classical residential house. In the lower floor there are the main living room and a bathroom. Upstairs you have a reading room and a balcony. Outside you can see the garden behind the house. . . #юморной
