2020 Ruff Cycles Lil&eBike REVIEW This small little tank from German Ruff Cycles packs a lot of fun into one eBike. The Lil&is playful, but underneath the playful appearance lies a surprisingly serious approach to bike building. This bike does not in any way replace a commuter bike or a MTB, but around cities and beaches it does the job well. This is an independent review, I have no links to Ruff Cycles.
