Jon Boat Transom Plate Update

Update on the 1436 jon boat transom. I added a 1/4 aluminum plate to the transom of my 1436lt riveted aluminum jon boat that was manufactured by Alumacraft. The transom was weak when I boat it and quickly started to fail after running the mud motor on it. So far so good! No leaks, transom doesn&show any signs of weakness, the marine 5200 is holding good, nothing to complain about!
