Setting Up My Nuphy Gem80 | Mechanical Keyboard

I have been eyeing Nuphy&new Gem80 mechanical keyboard since they announced it so I preordered it! I am a novice when it comes to mechanical keyboards so I just set it up as is, this is how it sounds as stock. I am also having problems with random spacing and periods, if anyone can let me know what&going on!
