Parade Samba Dancer: Brazilian Carnival Queen Costume

This video shows Ana Perrota, parade samba dancer and Rio carnival lover as Queen at the Brazilian Carnival Parade 2016, Group B Samba School. She paraded for a samba School called “GRES Em Cima da Hora” which is very traditional, albeit today is not on the Elite Group, also called Special Group. We see Ana samba dancing and presenting herself with much love to common people at a different Avenue: Intendente Magalhães, and not the Sambadrome. #riosambadancer There are differences, the crowd is much warmer, the stands are closer, the seats are not charged, and the people humbler. But in contrast, the energy is very authentic, very community based. Most of the people at the stands know the revelers, which makes the parade much more personal. Anna Perrota was wearing a beautiful pink costume, handmade with feathers and crystals.
