The key to beating this man is to get PERFECT shifts. No exceptions. 1 screw up and he&be in the lead for the rest of the race. He gets a huge acceleration boost at the start, so you&need ALL the nitrous you can possibly get. It took me a few tries, but I eventually got it. What car did you use? Need for Speed™ Payback
