Unboxing my new Harley Benton HB-35 Plus Semi Hollowbody Electric Guitar

I&"thought" about this style of Semi Hollowbody Electric Guitar for years! I had always thought of them as being too "wide" for me, until playing my Eastwood Classic 12 ( a similar body design ) for over a year now... so I am a little more comfortable with that size now. Looking at what is offered in the Gibson ES335 style (I&NOT a Gibson Fan, after trying MANY & getting rid of all of them!) and especially looking at the more affordable options.... I&kept coming back to the Harley Benton HB-35 Plus as being the Top Contender for what I am "hoping for"..... having checked off the most "boxes" in my "wants" list. It was never "available" when I would choose to look...until NOW! It took a couple of days for the order to be processed and showing it "shipped" then took about 5 days to get to me in Oregon from Germany! Pretty fast! ... and the outer box did have a pretty large "ouchie" as the UPS Delivery Person put it, but I felt pretty good about it knowing it was double boxed (at least that is how all of the other ones came to me) Specs from the Thomann website....
