1959 Buffet Crampon Super Dynaction SDA Tenor Saxophone demo

Review: SDAs definitely lack the "sizzle" of some Mark VIs (I disagree with people who call these "a poor man&Mark VI") but they&well built, have decent intonation, and a dark tone. This particular one was a true closet horn: original "sparkle" gold lacquer 99.5% intact, screw-in resonators on original pads, etc. Even with a good setup it has a lot of resistance - some would call it stuffy. I liked it better with my classical setup than the jazz setup I used for this demo video. When I played it at an outdoor wedding gig, I was fighting it trying to get it to project more.
