PSN Error Code 80028F08

Any Advice Please? I&had my PS3 Slim for 4 years now and recently whenever I attempt to open the PSN Store I get an error code and it does not open up. The error code is (80028F08). I&tried uninstalling the application and re-installing it, but that did not work. I&recently contacted AskPlaystation on their Twitter and I have posted on the Playstation Forum. I&waiting for a response.
