How to Safely Power Sony FX3/FX30 or A7S III via USB-PD

This is a guide on how to safely power your Sony FX3, FX3 or Sony A7SIII using a USB-PD power supply unit. This video will walk you through the correct units to buy and which USB-C cable I recommend for these two cameras. This guide is based on the official information provided by Sony in their instruction manual and after emailing them for confirmation. While you can buy a dummy battery for the Sony FX3 or Sony A7C, the door will always be ajar. Dummy batteries can also cause the camera to malfunction if the voltage isn&properly regulated. This is the easiest and safest way to power the Sony FX3 via AC power. The USB-PD power supplies mentioned in this video allow you to use the camera without the internal battery draining too flat.
