Persona 4 Golden - Optional Boss 1: Contrarian King (Very Hard)

Floor 8: Yukiko Castle - Contrarian King (Very Hard) Strategy: There&two ways to do this fight, you can go the safe route and equip the Persona "Rakshasa" whom is resistant to Physical Attacks. Or the risky route with King Frost with an inherited Ice Boost from Jack Frost to dish out heavy Magic damage, I went with the latter since I&pretty high level for this. Start this out like any other boss with a Rakunda debuff on him and a Tarukaja buff on the MC, If you have Diamond Shields or Super Sonics, I suggest using them for this fight as things could get messy real fast. He will always use Red Wall his first turn so you don&need to start buffing your parties defenses until their second turn. After that it pretty much comes down to whether he uses Rampage or not, but if you used your Super Sonics and Diamond Shields you will have a much higher chance of surviving. If your using Rakshasa your guaranteed to survive but the rest of your party wont be so fortunate, which is why I decided to use King Frost so that I could end the fight faster. Comment: This fight is extremely luck-based, as he can go from not using Rampage for 6+ turns to using it 3 turns in a row. I highly recommend getting level 22 or 23 to fuse King Frost or Rakshasa.
