Restoration of a World War I-era rusty sword. I found this sword in the forest at the site of a WWI military camp. This sword is of Austro-Hungarian origin from the First World War. The sword was heavily rusted. I decided to restore an old and rusted sword. I removed the rust, crafted a new handle, and preserved the antique iron.
