Becker Vacuum Pump Duplex System with rack, valve control, metal space saving stand VTLF 2.25

Here is a quick video showing the dual Becker Vacuum Pump Duplex System. This system can be fitted to a number of different applications but was designed specifically to work with large format flat table CNC Routers. This system would be more than enough for a 4x8 table size and work well with a 5x10 or even a 5x12 CNC Router table. These are the VTLF 2.25 pumps to be exact. They are commonly referred to as the gold standard 10 HP Becker Vacuum pumps. They are technically 8.7HP. They require very low maintenance, have a strong vacuum, and plenty of flow! We have Becker vacuum pumps plugged in and working in our showroom. Feel free to make an appointment and come check them out. This duplex system comes with power wires for each pump and a central ON/OFF control valve. The control valve is opened and closed with a pneumatic cylinder. You will need to connect to to an air system that can be switched. For example, if your CNC Router has POP-UP material reference pins you can easily tie this into the pop up pin system. When pins go DOWN the vacuum pump valve opens and when Pins go UP the vacuum valve closes. OR you can simply have an independent switch. Feel free to contact Pro Tech Machinery with any questions.
