Beyer MC930 vs Rode NT55 vs Oktava Mod HST11-A

Comparison of the Beyerdynamic MC930, Rode NT55 and Oktava Mod HST-11a. Best to watch in HD if you can as this will also ensure the best possible audio quality. You will probably notice that it¬ that easy to tell the difference between the mics, sadly compression plays a part but it also proves that they have a similar tonality. The difference between the MC930 and the Rode NT55 is very hard to distinguish. Perhaps a bit easier in the sequencer listening to WAV files but there isn&much in it! The Oktava does sound a bit different as it should do being a valve condensor. This particular guitar is a Bashkin worth a lot of money, a beautiful sound!
