Follow the Directions! GCFA#DG Tuning on Mini Guitar | Epiphone Pee Wee Les Paul Review - Part 2

Current Les Paul Pee Wees on ebay: In my last episode of this miniature les paul, I concluded that it just wasn&a very good guitar when tuned to standard tuning, using regular 9 / 10 gauge strings. It would never stay in-tune regardless of how many times you tuned it and the intonation was just terrible. However, I had hope for this guitar, yet, in being able to transform it into a standard tuning beast! Now, I don&want to give these Pee Wees a bad name from my last video so I decided to do this video and follow the instructions for the tuning you are supposed to use with these miniature electric guitars. That tuning is G C F A# D G. This is 3 half-steps above regular E A D G B E tuning. This is like placing a capo on the 3rd fret of your guitar - to give you an idea. So how does famous riffs like blackbird, more than a feeling, Surrender, crazy train, war pigs, night of the slunk, thunderhorse, Master of Puppets, Led Zeppelin, and Sweet Child &Mine sound on this guitar? When you tune this guitar to the correct GCFAit is definitely a much better instrument. The tuners still aren&perfect, the intonation is still bad, but at least it is playable. Stock, this isn&a guitar for the stage, but a fun novelty toy to hang on your wall or to give to your children to inspire them to learn.
