Hey guys! I am trying something different here with this Tutorial. My goal since day one has always been to inspire/help you become your own superhero. I will continue to do so with my workouts/Vlogs so stay tuned for new videos coming soon. In this tutorial I cover five exercises that lead to the Spider-Man Push up. I personally like this movement a lot because it works on your strength, flexibility, and body control. Always, start with the very first movement, then work your way down the list. Below is the list of movements I covered in this video. 1. Push up 2. Bear walk 3. Bear walk twist 4. Bent arm bear walk 5. Spider-Man Push up *** Set a timer on your phone or stop watch for 10 mins. Work on one or two movements per day, or until you feel completely comfortable with the movement. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to recover before attempting another movement.
