Installation supervision and training in work with GFRC equipment of the NST company at the customer. All stages of the technology are briefly but informatively demonstrated. ************************************* Mobile station with a peristaltic pump RNP SFBUM8-120. Equipped with additional tilting manipulator. Hopper volume - 120 l. Applications: a. For classic GFRC production using Spaying method. b. For GFRC production using Premix method (glass fiber content up to 1.5%). c. For Fiberglass Gypsum production. Up-to-date design. Self-contained operation. Workplace mobility. Ease of working with a large number of forms. Peristaltic pump NST NP32-180: 1. Easy rinsing and cleaning. 2. Short-term maintenance. 3. Smooth pulsation-free feed. 4. Longtime dry running is allowed. 5. Maintains fiber integrity. 6. Reverse mode. 7. Noise level is not more than 30 Db. The station is controlled by an electropneumatic control panel. Control panel also operates: I. air cleaning and dehumidification; II. gun air turbine lubrication; III. lubrication of the pump&working body. Control panel is supplied with compressed air from the compressor. Air is distributed by control elements to: A. Gun RPN-5 (three points). B. Vibrating screen. C. Vibrator VS-25 on the hopper. Maximum efficiency - 0,54 m3/hour (concrete). If a higher efficiency station is required, please consider Mobile Station MK-SFB NST17x3 of extra performance. Suffix «x3» in the model name means productivity up to 0,86 m3/hour.
