Icon & Superstar - a voice like no other! Natalie Cole. A beautiful singer and interpreter of song. &You Like Crazy&was the track I used for my tribute clip upon hearing of her death on the very last day of 2015. Natalie first came into my radius as she did for lots of fans courtesy of her debut single &Will Be&in 1975/6. I lost track of her for nearly a decade but fell for her big time in the 1980&thanks to her comeback albums &&and &To Be Back&which contained this beautiful song. Composed by legendary songwriter Gerry Goffin with Michael Masser and Preston Glass, &You Like Crazy&was Natalie&biggest success in Britain where it made Reaching the Top 10 in her homeland, it was only a minor hit here in Oz, but I was already hooked on Natalie and had collected everything I could of her discography, before and since. Natalie would achieve even greater success just two years later when her &album and magically constructed duet with her late father Nat &Cole topped the charts and swept the Grammy Awards. Natalie continued to record and tour during the 90&and 00's. This clip is from a VHS recording that I transferred to DVD and then converted to MP4 so it has had quite the journey to get here. I have also restriped the audio with a better quality mp3. I just love this singer and I love this song, and Natalie Cole left the world too soon, but has gifted fans with a dazzling array of performances of many genres. I do Miss her like Crazy!
