BMW FSC free code generation for E or F series

Typo in the video around 1 minute in - I ended up demonstrating new install and code generation. This video demonstrates how to use FSC tool generator to generate one or lifetime code to be used for BMW Navi maps update. Apologies Video is long. Below are the steps that i found packaged with the software, i dont take credit for creating the software or steps. #ENET 1. Install “Patched_EDIABAS_7.3.0.msi”; 2. Open “ediabas konfigurator2.0.0.exe” and select from the “[Configuration] Interface =” ENET - !!! make sure diagnostic port=6801 and control port=6811; 3. Open folder “copy files from this folder to C-EDIABAS-Ecu” and copy all files to folder C:EDIABASEcu; 4. Start car, plug your ENET cable to OBD port then plug it to Ethernet port from your laptop; 5. To be sure your car is connected to your laptop, go to C:EDIABASHardwareENETZGW_Search.exe and check if there is a connection and you can see your car VIN; a. If your car has CIC, use “1B CIC FSC File reader.exe” from folder “1B and DE FSC file reader”; b. If your car has NBT, use “DE NBT FSC File Reader.exe” from the same folder; 6. Select F series, click CONNECT – should say okay, click Read VIN – should say okay again, click Read FSC (1B or DE) – you should get a 319 bytes string, click save to file – FSC file is saved in “1B and DE FSC file reader” folder; 7. Go to folder “BMW-FSC-Generator_1_0_0_x” and start “BMW-FSC-Generator.exe”; 8. Click Open (to open your saved FSC file), select your map version...
