Ford Explorer - FORD SYNC RESET (Hard and Soft Reset) 2011 - 2019

You can do soft reset through the Settings option on the main dashboard screen or hard reset by removing the Ford Sync fuse. Common reasons why would you be doing Ford SYNC Reset are: - Blank main dash screen or screen freezing up - Screen non responsive or very slow - Bluetooth problems - Backup camera problems - Radio problems - Climate controls problems Soft reset can be done through the main menu. Press Wheels( Settings) button on the screen and select System. Scroll all the way down to Master Reset and select it.
