Adobe After Effects Tutorial - Optical Flares + Installation

Hello everybody! New tut...YAY!! ヽ(^o^)ノ This one is on how to properly install Optical Flares and how to put it into your scene. Realize now that i should have gone into more detail on how to actually use the effect D: but if you have any questions just ask them and i´ll reply.
