Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare Chupacabra Location/Achievement

I just ran around that area up until i encountered chupacabra, took me about 20 minutes of just running around, i also killed some goats as iv&read somewhere it could make chupacabra spawn quicker. Also make sure you have completed 4 ranks of undead hunting challenges or i dont think chupacabra will show itself up untill then.
