Yamaha GL1, Improvisation No. 1

A short improvisation, performed by myself on a Yamaha GL1 guitalele. The tuning here is standard for the instrument; that is, ADGCEA, which is like a full-size guitar with a capo at the 5th fret. I&hard on strings—which you might not guess from watching this particular video—and killed off those that were on the GL1 when it arrived in about 2 weeks. I replaced them with D&EJ45 Pro-Arte Normal Tension Classical Guitar Strings. They&held up for 3 months now and still sound good. New nylon strings generally take a week or so to stabilize. Figure on a lot of tuning until they do.
