The purpose of this video is education on how to use foam roller. In this tutorial I will be showing you how to use foam roller on your legs. First quick stretch followed by hamstrings, calves and then adductor muscles. This is a great way to remove tension after workout or after long day of standing. Note to Youtube moderators: I am wearing a typical yoga bodysuit that provides comfort for stretching and my skin is exposed so I can roll better on it.
