Problems with Epson L8180 scanner

The problem: scanner on Epson L8180 takes two passes instead of one before saving file to usb. Epson please fix that issue. Epson was informed about that over a month ago and nothing changed. there are multiple problems with scanner in that printer and which is most expensive printer customer printer in the world and I can&believe you don&have such options like and scanning to multiple PDF file... also there are other problems with scanning - when acanning to cloud you dont have the ability to set the resolution of scanned image - its fixed 300 dpi.... Epson please fix that problems
