FORD 5R55W solenoid pack repair, your tools in within your knowledge.

i decided to upload this video to help people repair the Bosch 5r55w and N solenoids pack using very simple tools, once you clean it and set back the right depth for every bushing threaded brass nut u will restore it to OEM spc&and will have another life time on it, good luck. common problem delay and very harsh reverse, forward and broken servos. if u own such vehicle with this trans then make sure u clean the bushings every 50K miles to envoy the perfect shift feel and state of art technology of Bosch electronics. u can use small heated ultrasonic cleaner to clean the solenoid pack, just dip it for 30 minutes before u install the brass bushings (set screw or inserts) , also u can use super glue to glue the small plastic covers. after installation you need to drive the vehicle roughly for 5 minutes , floor the gas pedal between the shifts and do frequent stop so the PCM will learn the new adaption which will result in perfect smooth shifting.good luck.
