I only just managed to get my hands on the hero 11 so I&do a more indepth review and explain the settings in a month or so when I&tested out all the new features! I think that the newest features will be the 10 bit colour and the new hypersmooth which I&excited to test out! If shooting in flat/natural colour then I recommend colour grading the videos for better results.
