The Citroen Xsara failed its mot on a number of things, one being that the interior door handle for the passenger door did not work from the inside. It is quite an easy fix which cost nothing in spare parts, a clip at the bottom of the door handle was not holding a bar joining the handle to the door latch mechanism causing it to fall out of place.
