Tiny KONE MonoSpace MRL elevators - Petrovskaya Embankment, 4, St. Petersburg, RU

Filming date: 26.06.2021 Very small KONE MonoSpace lifts in a famous Soviet apartment building. &Nest&was built in 1967 on Petrovskaya Embankment, 4. The building has eight floors and five staircases with elevators. Its project was made by best Soviet architects at that time, because only famous and rich people got the apartments in this building. Probably, originally it had old KONE elevators (maybe with manual doors), but they were replaced in 2008 by the same brand. Lifts here are so tiny, I don&know, how four people would fit in the cabin. Sadly, these elevators have typical KSS 470 fixtures and boring stainless steel cabins. But anyways, they&pretty neat and nice. That&very cool, that the house management replaced their old lifts with KONE and not with generics. Overall, very interesting house with a big history and definitely not bad elevators!
