Painkiller - Official Rogue Angel (Roguelike Mode) Trailer

Separate from the main campaign, Rogue Angel takes players to a new realm of Purgatory, where you and your friends will advance through procedurally generated arenas, collect tarot cards, weapons, and items along the way, and take on epic bosses. Painkiller will be available on PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on October 21, 2025. In Painkiller, welcome to Purgatory!
